The Concrete Laborer supports concrete construction operations by performing a variety of physical tasks involving the preparation, placement, finishing, and cleanup of concrete on commercial, residential, and municipal job sites. This role is essential to ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of construction or concrete experience preferred (entry-level candidates
considered)
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and varying
weather conditions
Familiarity with OSHA construction safety standards (29 CFR 1926)
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Reliable transportation to job sites across Arizona
