Our Story

Temcon Concrete was established February 5, 1973 by our founder, Marc Lemieux, Sr. Prior to starting Temcon, Marc served as the Superintendent of Schools in Mayer, Arizona and spent a decade as the Assistant Director of Planning and Construction at Arizona State University. His dream of owning his own business and creating a legacy for his family led him to start a concrete construction company. When he started the company, there were only three employees, and at the peak of his career, the company had grown to over three hundred and fifty employees. 

Marc was a true pioneer. His vision and passion laid the foundation for a company that has been in operation in Arizona for decades and has spanned three generations. Specializing in residential subdivision and commercial concrete placement, our team is dedicated to providing the best hand and slip form placement in Arizona.

Our team is comprised of industry leaders in every field of construction, all working towards providing the highest standards of quality and safety.
